can't exit near term options positions... anyone else having same issue?

I've opened a few accounts recently, but am now receiving the following:

"We can't process your application online. Please complete and print our application (PDF) and submit it by mail."

Is anyone else having this issue within Schwab's website? Thanks in advance if you are able to check and verify.
