Hello, I see water marks on my walls by my windows. I heard there is no flashing on these windows. We bought this house last year. The house is from 2005 with original windows. Should I replace them or just add flashing? Spoke with a couple of contractors who said the cost will be very close to add flashing only and if I want to change windows in the future, I will be paying double for labor. If I need a replacement, what windows do you recommend? We have a vinyl window from Simonton now.
