Carol: Immune to the virus?
After watching Pluribus, I noticed a few key details that could change everything. I have concocted an interesting theory. As we all know, all humans on Earth have been taken over by the plurb virus which puts them in the hive mind. The plurbed people lose their individuality and feel nothing but bliss and contentment. They can no longer hurt or lie and are bound to serve their biological imperative of spreading the virus. However, our protagonist, Carol, seems to be behaving differently. Throughout the show we see her expressing her own thoughts and opinions and feeling a wide range of emotions, even negative ones. She seems to have no problem causing harm to others (yelling, grenade) and she lives her life completely separate from the other plurbs. These observations have brought me to the conclusion: could Carol be immune to the virus? Let me know your thoughts on this. I have never thought of something like this before so I’m very excited.
