Amazfit balance connectivity issues
Hey,
Ran into a weird issue with my Amazfit balance..
I wore it to sleep, but when I woke up, the zepp app wasn’t recognizing the device or showing any data..
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Restarted the watch → no change
Watch still shows as connected in phone bluetooth settings
Unpaired from both bluetooth settings and zepp
Tried repairing → device is detected, OTP shows on both phone and watch
Pairing fails with error:
“Couldn't connect. Failed to connect the device. Keep the device close and try again.”
Cleared zepp app storage + reinstalled the app → same issue
At this point, I’m completely stuck — it just won’t reconnect.
Has anyone faced this before or knows a fix?
This is getting pretty frustrating. Any help would be appreciated
