I haven’t done an oil painting since the end of last year and I am not sure If i got faster since then (I am pretty sure I have). Anyways, I think it would be great if I could do a water based underpainting before the exam so it would ensure I would be quicker but I don’t know if it is allowed. Does anyone know if it is??
