iPhone stuck on this screen

Yeah, I think the title sums it up. Any idea how to get rid of it? I've tried the up volume, down volume, side button trick, and that pops up with the options "nearby device recovery, restart, shut down, cancel."

iPhone 16, in use about a year. I was just on call when it randomly shut down and provided me with only this screen.

This is Shivan, she's my first reptile of any sort. I'm looking forward to giving her a great rest of her life, seeing as the first three were spent on an improper diet with a declining amount of care. She's so gentle and patient, and my whole family adores her already.

I have absolutely zero experience with reptiles of any kind. A family friend really needed someone to take his beardie, so I agreed. Her name is Shivan (after MTG) and she's roughly 3.5 years old. I have no idea how large her tank is, but I know a rough sizing guide and it seems fine. She's a bit skinny, and until now she was fed every other day, alternating between calcium-dipped superworms and greens. That's it. Until today, she'd never had her nails trimmed, but she was a perfect little angel about it. Her cage hadn't been changed in three months. Any advice on how to help her?
