Hospital balloon party
I managed to trigger this second secret event in the hospital and I’ve only seen one post about this before. This is after doing the door loops in the back 6 times, but I was unable to replicate it after restarting.
So I didn’t really do anything in the hospital before this other than reading some of the reports; I went through the doors three times and got the blinking morgue light, octo and the astronaut balloon were in the room, then I walked into the morgue which makes the blinking light turn off. Then I went back to the doors and went through three more times, and I got the blinking light again. Then I went behind the front desk and there was an interact prompt (this is what the op who posted a screenshot of the hallway balloons said they did which is why I went straight to it). Now like many of you I’ve done the loop many many times to see if anything else would happen and have never gotten this before so I’m not sure what was different this time.
Anyway, there are a couple things that are different about the hospital when this happened. Theia’s door was shut, all of the reports are gone and I couldn’t interact with anything other than the girl’s story and the gurney to leave. The blinking light did not shut off when I went in the morgue, like when you’re first doing the hospital sequences and the light blinks when you’ve done all you can do (so maybe it meant that I need to climb the tower again?). Like I said I couldn’t replicate it afterwards, but I only tried twice by restarting at the ship (once in Overgrown Ruins and once in Echoing Ruins). I have not done a run up the tower to see if anything changes yet.
If anyone can get this to trigger for them let me know.
