Has anyone found anything that helps their ring fit when it starts to get loose from losing weight..?

I was wondering about a spacer, but there are sensors all over the inside of the ring so I’m unsure that would work. I looked and it doesn’t seem like oura has a buy back program…

So am I just screwed that my $600 ring doesn’t fit after 3 months? 🥲
