Unlike with core Verizon (push #) I was surprised to be told by customer service that it is impossible for people who call you to skip your voicemail message to leave a message.

Is this the experience everyone else has? I've tried all the other combination of keys.

If it is not possible I'm hoping a representative from us mobile is present to work on fixing this. I know it's not that big of a deal but it is strange
