Policy on smoking in balconies
The homeowners manual is silent whether smoking in balconies is allowed or not. “Technically” it’s part of the unit owner’s property. BUT neighbors are affected, especially those with heath issues such as senior citizens and kids.
I only wish some smokers are more considerate… but why can’t the PMO do anything about it?
What’s the policy in your condo? Wala rin ba law sa Taguig na bawal mag smoke?
