Hey friends,
I’m a yoga teacher and I’m working on my 100h mat pilates cert. Have to do 36 hours of pilates classes. These classes are mostly women and I don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable with my presence. I was wondering if women feel better if a guy sets up at the front or the back of the class? Any feedback would be great thanks!! :)
