I've been experiencing moderate hairfall for the past one year and i can visibly see thinning of my hair

so i just wanna know the root cause starting from my blood work for cbc, vit d, ferritin n tsh (if possible prolactin levels too)

which diagnostic centres are reliable and relatively cheaper ? (max 1k i can spend)
