Qidi box update- rerouting ptfe tubes

Here’s an update from my last post and the qidi box jamming. I put the box back together only using the screws that hold the lid, All other screws were left out for easier disassembly in the future. Rerouted the ptfe tubes down the bottom of the box of the box, removing the sharp turn inside. Originally, I wanted to shorten the tubes and have the hub directly above the center of the printer, but the values are not editable for the tubes.

My current issue now is the printer to box cable is not long enough. Waiting on parts to splice and lengthen the cable.

Hi guys, my Qidi box has filament stuck in it (PLA). In the process of trying to remove it (push/pull) from both directions, it broke. I cannot get to the part inside the ptfe tube as I’m struggling to figure out how to take this apart further (can’t get to the next clip for the tube.

Turning on the box causes a loud and really fast grinding noise as the motor is attempting to extrude but can’t. I’m worried the gear will wear out of I keep trying to turn the box on.

At this point I’m stuck on how to further proceed.
