Help me find the metal music video from 2005-2015; I don't remember either the music or the lyrics
UPD: FOUND IT: thankfully, this time I found it with your help guys. It's the full 8m+ [NSFW] version of Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows - "If You Think This Song Is About You..." that's apparently not on youtube.
Help me find a music video from the 2005-2015 period, which I saw approximately in 2012-2015. Genre is metalcore or posthardcore or some other *-core.
I don't remember either the melody, the band, the song name, or the lyrics.
Here's what I vaguely remember about the music video:
- It has quite a long music-less intro, somewhat creepy and disturbing. On a sunny day, somewhere in an area with not high buildings, an old, scared homeless man is roaming around, possibly bumping into people, trying to get away from something. And eventually is running away from some sort of a demon, probably, the vocalist. The demon invisible to others, eventually catches up with the man at a dead end enclosed by a fence behind/between buildings similar to https://www.google.com/maps/@34.0471656,-118.3052454,3a,75y,145.5h,88.73t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1ssiN0r_U7KxME9Y6sVTu1Sg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu I doubt it was shot in LA since it wasn't that "sunny", but I don't know how else to describe the areas with one-two store buildings in the USA, where he (the homeless man) dies. Maybe his eyes go white, and he screams before that. That's where the viewer gets the hint that something demonic is happening.
- I also remember some of the scenes in the intro are shot indoors, and I might have seen the vocalist dead in the mirror, or he was invisible while standing in front of it
- The main character of the video is the band's frontman (vocalist), but other band members appear as well. He's blond with quite short hair, and he smokes. His outfit doesn't look gothic. In some scenes, he sings in a motel/hotel room.
- I guess the main idea of the video is that the characters played by band members are dead and alive at the same time, since closer to the end of the video, during the night, they're visiting their own graves and then driving off. Perhaps, they even bury themselves.
- I believe I remember both clean and extreme vocals present in the song.
- The scenes that were shot in what seems to be a motel possibly had a female model.
Please, don't mark my words; it has been over 10 years since I've seen it, and maybe my mind is imagining things, because I am trying to recall whatever I can based on the post I wrote 2 years ago.
