Compression Gloves have made a difference already

I just wanted to share that my gloves finally came in this past Friday. They want me to wear them 23 hours per day, but even the amount I've been wearing them has made a difference already. I can feel the difference in my forearm skin graft (it's starting to feel like skin!!), & the nerve pain in my palms has decreased.

Just wanted to share a small win for me🙂 I'm smiling a bit more these days, & for that I'm grateful because there were months where I couldn't fathom enjoying life at all again. I even got my nails done☺️ I'm wishing everyone is having a great day today & a reason to smile😄

Solo F looking to recover under the Jamaican sun

Hello all!! I visited Jamaica for the first time last April, and fell in love! I stayed at the Grand Palladium Jamaica side, & loved the entire experience. I was wondering if there were any other resorts that are recommended for a nice, relaxing stay with a good lounge/ bar area that stays open late with good music. I'll be solo F,30s again for this trip.

Thank you!

Hello all! Just wanted to say, when my injury occurred last winter, I didn't see a way forward to ever feeling happy again. I still wouldn't say I'm happy or completely comfortable, but I'm working on it & I can look in the mirror and accept reality. I just took these pictures, & couldn't believe the progress from when this first started. I'm not where I want to be, but I'm on the way🫶🏾

As the title states, I'm starting to experience anxiety about the warm weather/sun exposure. I just ordered a coffee, & my burn on my left forearm was exposed while paying/ receiving it. I immediately pulled over & sprayed more of my spf 70 sunblock on it. Is this too much?😩 I'm a person with darker skin, so wearing sunblock daily is a new thing for me (I now know we all should be doing it), but I'm not sure if I'm going overboard.. I have a big bottle in my purse now. How do you get over your fear of the sun? All my o.t keeps saying is "sunblock & stay out of the sun!", but how is that even possible? The summer is my favorite😔
