Is it still possible to land a job in Singapore as a foreigner?

Just wanted to ask and hear some real experiences.
I’m 27, Filipina, currently in Dubai working as an EA for almost 3 years now. Before that, I was a virtual assistant in the Philippines for 4 years. SG was actually my first option before, but Dubai came first so I took the opportunity.
Lately I’ve been thinking of exploring Singapore again, but I’m not sure how the job market is right now—especially for foreigners like me with a corporate/admin background.
I’ve been applying online but haven’t been getting any replies, so I’m starting to wonder if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s just really competitive right now.
Any advice on how to actually land a job there? Is there a better way than just applying online?
