Sleep paralysis isn’t usually a scary experience for me because I don’t see scary stuff and know what’s happening. It’s always pretty uncomfortable but I feel like when I start to feel it coming on my breathing just cuts of entirely like my air way is completely blocked, like the way it feels when you cover your mouth and nose and try and breath. Like it genuinely freaks me out cause it’s not the paralysis that bothers me it’s just that it feels so convincingly real and I’m starting to think what if I’m actually not breathing 😂 anyone else had this, it’s fucked

I don’t lucid dream often but recently I’ve been having a lot. This week I had a dream and reality checked and spawned in a palace sort of building with a red carpet and in front of me was a woman who said something about being in the dream and what she would try controlling next in her LD. it was fucked because I genuinely felt like they were sharing the dream with me and j had this crazy feeling when I imagined that we were both asleep and she entered my server or something 😭 . Then the next LD I met my mum and I thought I was in her dream for a minute like I was a dream character in her regular dream and I was the only one lucid there. So i just hugged her then moved on to do some cool dream shit. Now I keep imagining, what if I ask her if she had a dream where she hugged me and she said yes? How fucking weird that would be. Like I don’t believe in multiplayer but this was pretty cool and so random that the subject recurred.
