Hey everyone,

Have come here to understand something. Have been listening to Osho a lot for the last 5 years almost. His talk on not supression of sexual energy was well received and since then i don't have any kind of guilt when i masturbate or have sex.

But, even now when i am married having regular sec almost and even masturbating when not going to have sex. Still i keep looking at porn. In a recent lecture of osho that i was listening, he said who all have suppressed sexual energy only they will look at these. I don't understand how else am i supposed to let this energy flow?
