can someone please tell me if there are any side effects of creatine i have a very sensitive skin started going to the gym 3 months back was thinking about getting creatine now recently started eating chicken and eggs to complete my protein intake im not sure if it was the reason or not but my skin had a breakout i just dont want a creatine that may have any side effects. please lmk if there’s any out there im not sure about the budget not too high not too low is what im looking for
