Need help solving this wavelength puzzle
Hello everyone, I recently got into an old online url based riddle game. So far I have managed to get by with hints and my own logic but I have hit a road block with this level. I'm supposed to get a 10 digit code to get onto the next level as you are told to walk along the path of the lines which you start at black 1 at the top. The numbers that act as a guide are "11 52 21 21 13 31 11 11 32." The next hint is "first comes bottom then comes strength" to which people have said that it refers to the wavelength chart at the bottom for each first number of the pairs and the second meaning how many lines are between each segment for strength. I have tried trial and error and cannot seem to get it and would like not to quit! Am I doing something wrong or the hints incorrect? Any help would be appreciated.
