I signed up for the BYO plan. I entered the IMEI. I want to keep my old number which is the port out process already completed. The app and website activation steps are the same. So I choose “I want to keep mine” where it says ‘Now, pick a number’. I input my number and zip code hit continue. Then it goes where they send a 6-digit code to that number that I put. The problem is I can’t receive that code because that line is not activated yet. It’s the number that I want to keep/porting in to TW. There should be at least an email option to receive that code. I’m so confused.
