I asked her what that was all about, and denied that such a conversation ever could’ve happened because of Amazon’s strict safety controls.
I thought maybe someone has unauthorized access to my drop-in or announce feature, but this was clearly an AI voice.
When I went into my privacy settings to find the voice logs, I see what you see in the pictures. Clicking on it says “no transcript” but there’s a link to listen to the conversation. However, when I click the links, they all just spend like they’re loading in perpetuity.
What in the actual fuck just happened here?
