
9 months, -105lbs!
Hi all! As of a week or so ago, I'm no longer Obese III (~53 BMI) and instead just Obese II (<40 BMI).
Wasn't sure what to expect when trying to lose weight yet again, but at this point I'm firmly smaller than I was in high school (with quite a bit to go).
Up until now, I have primarily been tracking my intake to keep to a calorie goal as best as I can, including making sure I'm actually eating *enough*. I started working out properly this week. Hoping to build some much needed core strength and all-around flexibility so I can expand my possibilities a bit more.
It's definitely been hard to not let the daily/weekly fluctuations on the scale affect my mental, but somehow getting through still. c:
don't really have any community or camaraderie near me, but it's been nice lurking to see everyone else's progress. 💜
