I was told by support that in order to fix my negative showbucks balance on Fall Guys, I need to spend money. I am -3,600, meaning I would need to spend at LEAST $36.99 in order to fix my balance. This is very shady, and they're not making this seem like as big of an issue as it really is. I am seriously considering taking legal action on this. Am I overreacting? Is this not absolutely insane?

I could use a bit of input on this. I've spent money on several thousand showbucks over the past 4 years, just to be hit with this bug. I will never be spending money on a currency in which the balance is just being played around with, and I'm sure others who have in the past won't be doing so as well.

It's like they don't even care if they make money from Fall Guys anymore. So sad to see a game that I genuinely enjoy die out like this.

Edit: I'm gonna stop commenting on this post, and have a good Mother's Day. I've realized you guys commenting saying that I shouldn't have spent them are just trolls trying to get a reaction. Go ahead and downvote me all you want, but I know Epic is wrong in this situation. To the people supporting my decisions and providing recources, thanks for the help. That's all.
