somthing is wrong, i am new can yall please help?

i just got this 10 days ago from china. it looked better the day i got it. i potted it after 4 days.

i am using black magic cactus mix (20%) and crushed rock(80%). i bottom watered it 2 days ago. i already know i dont like this pot cause its still wet under the top layer. they are under spectra vipar p1000 at 60% power and on a heat mat.

Going to repot this in the next few days but if yall could please help me identify what is going on with the discoloration and splotchy skin i would greatly appreciate it.

Just delivered today from China. 10 days in transit. First time with lophs. I've looked around ad I feel I am doing everything right. Just looking for some validation really lol. So can I please have some help with a solid identity on them. They were potted today 4-16-26, won't water till may or mid may. Using 80 gravel and 20% blqck gold cactus mix. They're not squishy. I'm in texas. Should I keep them inside on the window sill for 1 week and ease them a few hours a day into direct sunlight or just keep inside on window facinf east till next year? Rough time frame till I see a flower?

Thanks for any input yall! Looking forward to seeing my new babies grow as life goes on!!:)
