Hey all - I am moving into a new space for my practice. I have the option of 2 different rooms.

1. One with big windows and a lot of light (I am aware I will need to apply a window frosting) - $200 more per month

Or

2. One without any windows to the outside (just a window to a hallway which is already frosted)

I have worked in a bat cave for the first 4 years of my career. I wanted something with better lighting. They both satisfy that.

What would you do? Thanks in advance.
