i quit cold turkey a few days after my birthday last year after wanting to stop for months. i can't believe it's already been a year. i feel so much healthier, less anxious, and more grounded. bonus is i've saved a lot of money and stopped throwing away lithium batteries! i definitely use my penjamin more often now but a win is a win 🤷🏻‍♀️🤪
