it is located a bit further away from ucla - around 10 minutes walking to hammer museum - but it is super beautiful and there is a free ucla shuttle going from hammer museum that’s just like a 3 minutes ride. we are ucla students ourselves and lived in the same neighbourhood for this past year - no complaints. the furniture in the apartment is absolutely stunning and the building is completely secure with a guard on duty in the lobby 24/7. all appliances are also there. let us know if you or any of your friends sound like someone who would be interested!! text 4244677477
