So something that I have been noticing is that there is a growing trend of graduation commencement speakers talking about how AI is the future. But the main issue is that these speakers are celebrating AI in their commencement speeches to fresh college graduates who have spent years of their lives learning their fields and stressing about AI taking their jobs.

Do they realize the audience that they are speaking to? Do they not see the reactions other speakers are getting? Are they so obsessed with AI that they do not see the negative impacts that AI is causing for these new graduates and the environment? Why do you guys think that they are doing this?
