Are these shoes too small for me?

Hey everyone, got these on sale and I'm normally a size 11 and a half or a 12 in running shoes. these are size US 11. see photos.

is my foot wide, high arches, high volume, what can you notice? seems like the length is okay though and this trek RSL shoe is known to have these ridges on the sides that stretch for wider feet. Thank you in advance. five photos attached
