Hello,

I thought that we needed a minimum $6000 in our account by the end of the month in order to have monthly service charges waived.

My balance fell below $6000 several days prior to April 30th.

I was charged for the monthly fee even though my balance was above $6000 on April 30th.

Can anything be done?
