Hi. I am looking for TEFL experts to help build curriculum in Indian context especially for students coming from underprivileged background studying in govt schools of haryana and delhi. I want to centre curriculum around speaking and listening with the supportive role of writing and reading comprehension skills. I am the non-profit with a vision to prepare these kids for future jobs who are currently in middle school but have English skill level of grade 2. In short, english should not be a barrier to drop out of the school system but an enabler to complete education and apply for better jobs than their parents to uplift their families socially and economically.

If you are a ESL expert, could you please share some research and programs which focus on building speaking and listening English skills without much focus on reading and writing skills
