How is the camping? Or stay off site?
First time for me and my friend, done years of other festivals and as we are getting on in life, the last few years have started staying in hotels etc rather than camp due to hating to drag camping gear for miles, poor sleep and horrible showers etc.
So we have booked a hotel in Burton on trent and plan to taxi in and out every day, but im wondering with this being a smaller festival if the camping experience might be better than download/reading and Leeds etc?
What are the walks from car to camping like with gear? Is there plenty of space for pitching tents? Walk to arena time? Shower and toilet facilities?
On the other hand anyone who has stayed off site how is the journey in and out and taxi availability?
