Hi everyone. I'm in California, bought a CPO 23' last September (8 months ago). After 3 months I noticed oil was empty, and after going through the verification process Hyundai replaced the engine.

I drove the car back home and the next day it stopped working, then ended up replacing the entire Transmission. Each fix had the car at the dealer for 14ish days.

I'm not sure if I should see my car as 'newer' with a brand new engine and transmission, or less reliable (potentially) because it had such major parts replaced.

I'm speaking to a Lemon Law lawyer but I'm trying to decide if I want to move forward with this, and figure out what the downsides might be.
