Rocket keeps turning in space

I'm making a rocket that brings that little guy on the left to Duna to land and return to Kerbin, but after I got it into orbit (with Mammoth engines) this keeps happening. I genuinely have no idea and have been trying to fix it for about 2 hours.

Is there any way to search for a black hole specifically with an accretion disk?

I'm able to search for black holes with certain mass but I don't know if you can search for one with an accretion disk. I want to find a black hole like the Interstellar one.
