New features looking good!

I launched with some solid momentum, few people were interested straight away, but now things have rolled to a dead stop.

I’m confident my niche can succeed, it’s in sweepstakes bonuses, which is a fairly large but active market but it’s so hard to get off the ground. People are quick to say it’s a scam because this market is had only had poorly designed and misleading products.

If anyone managed to get their product out of this post-launch single digit user deadlock, please drop how you did it!! How did you market what you had and gain social credibility?? I got the development down but the marketing and user acquisition eludes me

Made a chrome extension aimed at people using sweepstakes as a side hustle: launched with good exposure, but quickly trailed off.

Found out about half my users are free, half are paid. But little engagement on my community resources. Despite good feedback it seems hard to keep momentum in this space. I’m considering if paid ads are the way forward or if SEO optimization is more worth it. I made the technicalities work fine but now the user facing side is difficult. I think the idea fills a niche that hasn’t been occupied by a good tool, but reaching customers has a lot to intertia. The value is there, but people are skeptical just due to the space.

If anyone has some advice or feedback on how you took an initial launch out of deadlock that would be amazing.
