How much lacto is too much?

I came from ureaplasma sub that my yellow discharge even though I became negative 1 months ago, might be due to this. Or not. The thing is my doctor said the yellow might be from your urinary so use d-mannose postbiotic for 10 days morning 2 times in a day and the color will change. But she also prescribed me probiotics for 30 days previously. I wonder could it be from using 3 lactobacillus in the same day (1 probiotic 2 postbiotic) I might got CV? I don't think in my country they test the count and even if so it is probably expensive.

Probiotic has these inside:

Crane Food Extract 250 mg, quercetin 30 mg, Vitamin C 30 mg, Grape Seed Extract 25 mg, inulin 25 mg, and for others 1.5 billion CFU for a day: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Lactobacillus Fermentum, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Reuteri, Lactobacillus Plantarum.

In postbiotic 2 capsules total:

D-Mannose: 1000 mg

Cranberry: 400 mg

Vitamin C: 200 mg

Lactobacillus rhamnosus: 5.556 billion cfu

Lactobacillus reuteri: 4.444 billion cfu

Does anyone know if my Lactobacillus rhamnosus Lactobacillus reuteri is too much now?
