What does a subluxation *feel like* for you?

for context I’m also AuDHD and I REALLY struggle to stay consistent or to work my exercises into my routine. I never have energy in the evenings on account of my body feeling like cooked ramen in a trench coat at the end of the day.
i tried to make it as easy as possible by putting my equipment right next to my bed so i could literally do it in bed but i just end up procrastinating until i don’t actually have time to do it before leaving for work.
i also KNOW i won’t get better if i don’t do them, I just still feel so demotivated to do the exercises and they are SO boring.
i think part of it is like, so what do i just have to do PT every day for the rest of my life? it’s taking me nearly ten minutes just for my knee exercises and we haven’t even got to working on the rest of my body yet.
desperate for tips on working PT into your routine, staying consistent, staying motivated etc. I’m embarassed and ashamed that i can never seem to stick to it, makes me feel so lazy.
my chronic knee pain has been getting significantly worse in the last 6 months or so. what’s helped in the past is kinesiology tape which I’ll use if I’m going for a long walk, or when I used to run. However, the elastic stretches out within a few hours and I’m no longer getting the feedback/support I need, and then have to wear it for a few days while it peels and does nothing, or take it off early and damage my skin. So I’m looking for alternatives that will be comfortable but also do the job. Anyone with patellar tentonitis and/or knee instability/pain found compression leggings useful for this? My knees don’t dislocate they just get really sore from extended walking.
