I lost my disc a long time ago for LTOU but I really miss the multiplayer, like was obsessed with it, I see a few people on here still play but is it worth spending $20 for the multiplayer? Can I still get into matches and does it take a while?
Last week I bought a boss katana gen 3 100 watt amp, however I have slight buyers remorse for a specific reason:I hate having to plug in my laptop to get the full experience out of it. I have a fender mustang lt25 (I like the screen and it’s fairly simple to get tones even though I know it sounds not great) and a boss katana mini X already, and I liked the mini X so thought I’d like this one, but part of me would rather a Marshall tube amp and start building a pedal collection or something.
The problem is I heard the Marshall amp I can afford/want to buy is known for quality control issues so I’m worried if I buy it and it arrives I’ll be disappointed.
I only have a couple years experience playing guitar and I want to buy an amp I’d be able to use for a long time,I currently like to play Metallica, Acid Bath, Alice In Chains, some blues type stuff like SRV, maybe some STP or early MCR stuff.
My main concerns are: is me returning the katana and getting that Marshall amp a good idea? And I also I might be a little lost as to what pedals to buy if I do get the Marshall, in terms of getting a good tone for the stuff i like to play (so far I’m thinking blues pedal, wah pedal, EQ pedal, and tube screamer)
