i found this candid shot on a travel blog and i'm honestly not sure if it's real? i think the city skyline is actually just a green-screened backdrop because the string lights are glowing intensely but aren't casting any warm light on the guy's hair or the concrete wall behind him, so does anyone know if this is a real place or just a weird edit?

I found this vacation photo on a travel forum and I'm honestly not sure if it's a real shot or what. I think the metal railing is actually just a 2D overlay because the girl's arms seem to be passing right through the bars without touching them, so can anyone help me figure out if this is legit?
