My first little v3 cave send
I started this hobby 8 weeks ago. I spent the first month doing 1x week lesson having fleeting moments of flow but mainly terrified to fall and overgripping hell. Running on adrenaline and wired for hours after.
But how good it felt when I was driving with my lower body and feeling the zen drive me to start showing up solo 2x a week for 2hours each the last 3 weeks and it really paid off. My forearms never pump anymore. My lower body gets sore and I feel wiped and sleepy after the gym.
I wish I found this hobby sooner and I've been lurking you guys all inspire me. Got toxic mansplained at the climbing shop that I need to start suffering when I climb and aggressive downsize, despite telling them I am having fun right now in comfort shoes.
