Is anyone here in a similar situation? What options is Air India providing to affected customers?

I need to renew my Indian passport soon. All my original documents (Aadhar/PAN/DL) are with me in USA- all of them have the same address as my passport. My parents changed residence after I left India but we still own our previous house.

The issue is, if I need to change my address to match my parents' current one, the application require some proof on my end that states the current address. I do not have any documents bearing my name that states the current address. My parents do have utility bills and possibly my father will have his new passport with the current address. The checklist states that I can technically provide self attested copies of my parents' documents but my parents are in India so I do not have access to anything. Even if I did, will this be enough to allow for change of address smoothly?

What would all of you recommend?
