I’m getting classified in wheelchair rugby next weekend, and this is a very minimal overview of the classification criteria. Could someone help me understand it?

**not looking for medical advice, just want to know I’m not alone**
For a few years I’ve been puking daily from the grazing I do throughout the day, but I’ve always called it a “good puke” because it was so easy. I don’t like it obviously, but I mean I just come up so easily and I can move on with my day.
If I over eat, or make myself puke for a different reason, it’s usually painful, gives me hot flashes, makes me panic, all that fun stuff. It’s much different from my “normal” puking, but it’s what I’d assume the average person means when they say puking.
I also have bad constant regurgitation, like if I had a small snack I had at 10am I’d still be regurgitating it by 3pm at least.
I used to have really bad heart burn, but one of my medications stops it.
I’m on a bunch of medications, so that could be impacting my dreams. I’m also waiting on a sleep study for suspected sleep apnea and possibly some type of narcolepsy.
The last few months I’ve been having extremely vivid and long dreams. It’s like I’m truly there in the dream, but also spectating the dream play out. I can remember so much of my dreams, but I’ve never been able to describe them to others in any meaningful way (likely my cognitive issues from my disabilities).
I often spend days in the dream, but sometimes months. They usually follow the general idea of being trapped, but not in the typical sense. The trapped feeling is very present in the dreams, but it’s not necessarily as straightforward as being trapped. In last nights dream there was some sort of war or invasion going on, and I was switching between different locations and watching how it played out in each location.
I feel like I have some control over what happens in the dreams, but not complete control and it doesn’t work every time.
My Apple Watch says I wake up very often throughout the night, 10-30 times every night, but I only ever remember waking up a few times in the mornings. I feel like these dreams start closer to the morning usually, and if I wake up I can very quickly go straight back into the dream when falling back asleep.
My partner says I usually whimper/mumble and move around a lot in the mornings when I’m dreaming. I’ve actually, accidentally of course, punched/hit them in my sleep quite a few times.
I really enjoy these dreams because I sort of live through them. I’m very disabled, so it’s amazing being able to run, move freely, and not be in pain in my dreams. Sometimes I’ll purposely go back to sleep in the mornings so I can stay in the dream longer, often ending up sleeping until 1pm ish.
