I have a 2019 model GD adora French door model. ice maker in the door. DFE28JELFDS model. issue is slow ice production. I've diagnosed that ice maker functions properly, but the process is slow. this model has two airflow vents. top one is supply from freezer and bottom is return. my airflow is backwards in normal operation with cold air blowing in the bottom and suction from the top. verified with tissue paper. in diagnostic mode I can activate the ice box fan and it shows ~2200 rpm which is in spec and airflow is proper through top duct.

any ideas why the motor works in diag but seems to be backwards in normal operation? I don't want to get the parts cannon out.
