Ate both with rice and seaweed. The mackerel was meaty and the sauce was light and slightly sweet. The sardines are in a richer, sweeter miso sauce and tastes better eaten with a lot of rice. I love both but prefer the mackerel slightly more for the meatiness and because it’s less rich, but both are really yummy!
