Hey Davisites (Davisians?),

Our last Fiction Writer's meetup was a huge success, we had 11 in person attendees and 15 members on our discord! If you've been waiting to attend, well, we're getting into a groove now! Things are running smoothly and we represent a wide range of genres! We'll be meeting on Sunday the 17th back at Frenzy coffee (they could use the business).

Bring your laptop or tablet, and something you're working on! We're at all stages of development, from concept to first draft to editing, to books 2 or 3! We're by no means professional. We're all beginners all learning from each other.

For those of you wondering, our gender mix is 60% male 40% female and we'd love to balance that out even more, but all are welcome!

Hello everyone. We're going strong. we had 9 people attend meeting #2 and the discord is growing! We'll have to cap it at some point to keep things manageable but wanted to give folks the opportunity to attend.

This week we'll be at the Delta of Venus, an amazing coffee shop with sandwiches and other food items. The layout is a little different and we may need to tuck a few tables together depending on turnout.

If you want to be a writer, or are working on something now (or have some advice to share) stop by and say hello! We'll be providing critique on some submissions from the last meeting, talking shop, and holding each other accountable!
