To the P-plate driver of the blue 2019 Toyota Corola with registration 1GUB250 who was having trouble parking at the front of the Business School today: if you did indeed hit that neighbouring black car (based on the sound of collision and the damage I believe I observed on the black car), you didn't exchange particulars with the other driver and may have committed an offence. This incident has been reported to security for further investigation.
