Hey guys I am currently waiting for my car to get out of the shop after I sent it in to get repaired for hail damage. No damage to the glass. It’s going on 5 weeks now and they have hit me with 6 different delays for a bunch of different reasons.

I’m wondering if this is normal? Or should I be calling Gerber and complaining. I’ve already called my insurance agent and inquired about it.

Obviously I’m not in the business so I have no clue but I currently used up all the time I had for a rental and have no car. So let me know if this is normal or not.
