Paid 3k for this fence, how did they do?

58ft long, and 8ft tall. The contractor agreed to come back out and add a layer of wood at the base so that it’s not exposed, and will be adding another post where there’s the big gap.

I have concerns though about the concrete holes and have not addressed this yet. They seem pretty wide, and they also are not flat. Very uneven, looks like it needs to be smoothed over? What do yall think?
