Help us avoid associating our child with the global South
Dear Reddit,
My family is pure white from the North. We recently moved to the new world and want to insure our child’s name does not evoke the lower regions of the globe in this Wild West. We would never saddle our precious offspring with that burden.
We love the name Angel, but have learned people might assume he is Latino. Please advise which of these names avoid that stigma or any other?
